You stay in control of the social accounts and platform data connected to Attention365.
Disconnect inside Attention365
A workspace owner or manager can open Channels, choose the connected platform and use its disconnect control. Publishing is blocked immediately; Attention365 then revokes provider access where the platform supports server-side revocation and removes the encrypted credential.
Revoke through the platform
You can also remove Attention365 through the connected platform's own account or business-integration settings. This prevents future API access. Return to Attention365 afterwards to confirm that the connection is no longer active.
Request deletion
Email hello@attention365.com from your Attention365 account address with the workspace, brand and connected platform. We may ask you to verify your identity and authority. We will remove the connection credential and associated platform data unless a limited record must be retained for security, audit or legal obligations.
What to include
Do not send passwords, access tokens or recovery codes. Include only your Attention365 account email, workspace name, brand name and the platform you want removed.
