Privacy
Your data deserves attention too.
This notice explains how Attention365 handles information when people use our social-content planning and publishing service.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Who we are
Attention365 provides tools for organisations to plan, create, approve, schedule and publish social content. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@attention365.com.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how the service is used, we may handle account and workspace details, brand settings, team roles, content and media, publishing schedules, delivery records, support messages and basic service-security telemetry.
When you connect a social network, we store the account identifier, display name, granted permissions and encrypted authorization credentials supplied through that network’s OAuth or approved connection process. We do not ask for or store your social-network password.
3. Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, carry out actions you request, maintain publishing reliability, prevent duplicate or unauthorized delivery, support users, satisfy legal obligations and improve product performance.
4. Connected platforms
Content is sent to a connected platform only when an authorized user chooses or schedules that action and the exact destination has passed Attention365’s publishing controls. Each platform processes data under its own terms and privacy notice. You can revoke platform access through that platform and may ask us to remove the corresponding Attention365 connection.
5. Google and YouTube data
When you connect YouTube, Attention365 uses Google's authorization service to read the channel identity you select and to upload videos, titles and descriptions that an authorized workspace user asks us to send. We use this data only to provide and secure the visible YouTube connection and publishing features.
We store the selected channel identifier, display name, granted permissions, delivery records and encrypted authorization credentials. We do not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models. We share it only with Google/YouTube when carrying out your requested actions and with infrastructure providers that process it for us under appropriate safeguards. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect YouTube in Attention365, revoke Attention365 through your Google Account connections, or request deletion by emailing hello@attention365.com.
6. Service providers and transfers
We use carefully selected infrastructure providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, database, storage and security services. They process information for us under their applicable contractual and security commitments. Information may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards where required.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as needed for the service, security, audit and legal purposes. Retention periods depend on the type of record and workspace settings. You may follow our connected-platform deletion instructions or request account or connection deletion by emailing us. Some security, transaction or audit records may be retained where legally necessary.
8. Security
Attention365 separates public account metadata from encrypted connection credentials, applies access controls and records sensitive operational actions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect their login and connected-platform accounts.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@attention365.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
Attention365 is a business service and is not intended for children or for anyone under 18 to administer independently.
11. Changes
We may update this notice as the product, providers or law change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
