Terms of Service
Create responsibly. Publish deliberately.
These terms govern access to Attention365’s social-content planning and publishing service.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. The service
Attention365 helps organisations plan, create, approve, schedule, publish and review social content. Features may change as the service develops, and integrations remain subject to each connected platform’s availability and approval.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may connect or publish to a brand or social account only when you have authority to act for its owner. Workspace owners are responsible for the access they grant to team members.
3. Connected platforms
Connections use the authorization methods made available by third-party platforms. You remain responsible for complying with their terms, content policies, permissions and account rules. Attention365 does not control platform reviews, moderation, outages, rate limits or API changes.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Attention365 the limited permission needed to store, process, adapt, preview and transmit that content according to your instructions. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the content, media, trademarks, personal data and claims it contains.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Attention365 for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity; spam or artificial engagement; unauthorized access; malware; evasion of platform controls; or content that violates a connected platform’s rules. You must not attempt to bypass destination allowlists, security controls or publishing restrictions.
6. Test and preview features
Development, beta, sandbox and controlled-rollout features may be incomplete or restricted to designated test accounts. They must not be used for critical or unauthorized live publishing. A stored connection or credential does not itself guarantee that publishing is enabled.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider changes, security events or circumstances outside our control may delay or prevent delivery. We may change, suspend or retire features where reasonably necessary.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, connected platforms or the service; respond to legal requirements; investigate misuse; or address material breaches. You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting us.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Attention365 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost reach or engagement, or failures caused by user instructions or third-party platforms. Commercial liability limits will be stated in the applicable subscription or business agreement.
10. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to hello@attention365.com. We may update these terms as the product or law changes, and will publish the current version and update date here.
